Shipping and Delivery
Deliveries within the UAE usually take 1 to 4 business days (depending on your location) after we have received notification and payment of your order. (the delivery times may vary based on public holidays)

Fees for delivery are calculated in real-time depending on the volume and weight of your order. Such shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process and before you finalise and pay for your order.

In order to expedite your order please make sure your delivery address and the contact number of the person receiving the shipment is correct.

Any incorrect information you supply may result in a delay in transit, loss, charges or the parcel being returned to sender. If any additional costs are incurred by The Tallow Bias due to incorrect information supplied by yourself, we will require you to cover these additional costs.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to make changes on the shipping address.

We encourage you to always double check your address and contact details before confirming the order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered to you and either reject the delivery or return your order for a refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from all refunds. 

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product you can return or exchange it within 2 days. The product should be in a good condition as delivered and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to the inclusion of before-and-after-use photographs or other documentation clearly detailing your concern and the reason for your return.

No refund or exchange can be given on discounted items.

The Tallow Bias does not credit or refund charges for shipping or handling. Customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed online. Online orders are sent to our factory, where they enter the order fulfilment process. However, you may return orders for a refund as specified under our Returns Policy.
